Chicago Estate Sales provides many levels of service.

For most sales it is an all inclusive service including set up, pricing, displaying, advertising, and selling your items.

Houses that require additional services including cleaning our excessive set up may incur a small set up fee.

Clean outs are also available for additional fees.

What do you need to do?

"Where do I start? I have never done this before!"

We hear this all the time. Your job is simple. Please make sure that prior to an appointment you have made all your decisions on what you are keeping and what you are selling. No need to move the items for where they sit in the home. Any items you are keeping can be moved to one room or preferably off the property. We base our rates and plans on what will be for sale so this part is very important.

After that, sit back and let us do the rest of the work.
